Do you know when the best time of the year is to make maple syrup? Right now of course!!! At @hopewelltherapeuticcommunity we encourage our residents to engage with the diverse range of activities occurring on campus every week. During the month of March, collecting maple tree sap and boiling it down into our very own, @hopewelltherapeuticcommunity Maple Syrup is a time honored tradition, going back decades.
The residents benefit from being out in nature, seeing the early signs of spring, the fulfillment of a days work, and the satisfaction of tasting the spoils of their labor in the form of that sweet sweet maple syrup!
