Outreach Manager

We are searching for a full-time Outreach Manager to build awareness of Hopewell services with current and potential professional referral sources and establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships. This position requires the ability to travel three to four days a week and may include overnight visits and weekend work. Training will take place at our farm location and then done primarily remote.

The ideal candidate to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An engaging and enthusiastic personality (“Fun, outgoing, high-energy personality”)
  • A willingness and ability to learn the Hopewell healing model
  • A commitment to building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships
  • Passion for promoting the value of the services provided by Hopewell
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, admissions, and marketing/communications teams
  • High propensity for taking initiative and for ownership of results
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, detail oriented
  • Excellent persuasive writing, speaking, and communication skills
  • Strong project implementation skills


  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a clinical mental health field and 3 to 5 years clinical work with serious mental illness. Current clinical license preferred but not required.
  • Also open to Bachelor’s degree (with a Master’s degree preferred) in a business, marketing, communications or related field, if also in possession of substantial experience with and knowledge about serious mental health challenges relevant to Hopewell.
  • With either background, also required is 3-5 years of referral source relationship development and outreach experience in the health care field with a demonstrable record of success.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must pass a two-step TB test, drug test, physical and background checks.
