
Clinical Manager

We are currently seeking a part-time (25 hours per week) Clinical Manager for Hopewell’s transition services program located near University Circle, Cleveland, Ohio.
This position plays a key support role in the success of Hopewell’s transitional services program which is focused on community integration and support of clients in their apartments. The Clinical Manager will work with staff at the farm to ensure transition from farm to city is smooth and seamless and ensure support for clients once in their apartments. The Clinical Manager will supervise the Case Manager who coordinates services both internally and with community partners to maintain transitional logistics. They will work individually and with groups of clients on targeted interventions to meet client’s independent living goals and assist in identifying, connecting, and supporting clients in vocational and educational activities. The Clinical Manager will travel to the farm in Mesopotamia as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all required accreditation standards.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families to promote a supportive environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of clinical activities and resident progress.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or counseling with Independent licensure and supervision designation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass pre-employment physical, drug test, TB test, BCI and FBI background checks.
