Fun fall days at Hopewell
Hopewell's Horsemanship Group, facilitated by our Nurse Manager Cheryl Meister, led the residents on a fun-filled hayride throughout our "Clara T. Rankin Nature Preserve". The wagon was led by two of Hopewell's stealthy and beautiful Belgian Mares, Bess and Belle. With our Farm Manager Norm taking the reins, the group enjoyed the gorgeous, yet sometimes bumpy, winding trails, as well as the wondrous sights and sounds of nature. While chilly, no one seemed to mind as they huddled together to keep warm.
This was not just any fall hayride; it was the start of Hopewell's annual Halloween party, costumes and all!
